Hi! I’m Natalie, a qualifying Registered Psychotherapist dedicated to supporting adults as they navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. I aim to help individuals through life’s transitions, providing guidance, understanding, and a space to experience change with greater confidence.
I focus on supporting individuals who are navigating grief, caring for aging parents or loved ones, and managing the emotional weight that comes with change, whether expected or unexpected. I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, especially when these concerns overlap with loss or shifting roles.
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I offer online psychotherapy across Ontario, as well as in-person sessions in Vaughan, allowing you to access support in the format that feels most comfortable for you. Together, we can explore your experiences, foster personal growth, and create space to navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity and steadiness.
